Please review these details to ensure our condo is the right fit for your stay: * No Elevator: The condo is located on the second floor and requires climbing 16 steps to access. This property is not handicap accessible. * Amenity Key: A security deposit is required for the key that provides access to the pool, fitness room, and laundry facilities. If the key is not left in the condo upon departure, the security deposit will be forfeited. * Seasonal Pool: The outdoor pool is open seasonally, beginning May 15th. We provide towels for the condo, but please bring your own towels for the pool. * Laundry: The washer and dryer are shared facilities located within the building and are pay-per-use.

I love the urban feel of the neighborhood. It's so close to lower broadway and to one of my favorite areas called Germantown. The Condo is located right by the Cumberland River within a mile of both Historic Germantown and Downtown Nashville. It’s sits right on the greenway, which is perfect for jogging, biking or just taking a stroll down the length of Riverfront drive. The Nashville Sounds, First Tennessee Park, Centennial Park, and the Farmers Market are only a few blocks away. Within a mile of Downtown Nashville, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ascend Amphitheater, Ryman Auditorium, and Nissan Stadium. Enjoy all the concerts, sporting events and honky tonks featuring live music and great artists every night of the week.

Find us

You can definitely walk to downtown but using a cab or cheap Uber/Lyft is a great way to get downtown and to other attractions. The walk to Broadway is a little over a mile. The most conventional way is to Lyft/Uber. Riverfront park runs right by the condo. Many locals and guest use the pathway to exercise and enjoy the Nashville Riverfront Park. Want to visit Vanderbilt, Midtown and the Gulch? No worries. A cheap Uber / Lyft ride will get you there too!!!
