The deposit will be fully refunded if the key is left in the condo upon departure. * **Safety & Security**: For your safety, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The Nashville Sounds, First Tennessee Park, Centennial Park, and the Farmers Market are only a few blocks away. Within a mile of Downtown Nashville, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ascend Amphitheater, Ryman Auditorium, and Nissan Stadium. Enjoy all the concerts, sporting events and honky tonks featuring live music and great artists every night of the week.

You can definitely walk to downtown but using a cab or Uber/Lyft is a great way to get downtown and to other attractions. The main road Broadway is just .75 mile walk from the condo. Plus, it is cheaper than parking! Want to visit Vanderbilt, Midtown and the Gulch? No worries. A cheap Uber ride will get you there too!!!
